Unlike most deal advisors, Jillian has extensive experience advising on and managing domestic and cross-border Business and Corporate transactions from start to finish. This includes not only leading and conducting target sourcing, due diligence, valuation analysis, operational assessment, divestiture and merger integration planning, deal-structuring and price negotiations as well as collaborating and coordinating with Investment Bankers, Attorneys, Auditors, Tax Accountants and other experts on clients behalf; but also managing the transition and business transformation. Our focus is our clients' success!
 
Our value-oriented holistic approach results in clients avoiding wasting valuable time and effort on bad deal prospects as well as all parties rapidly agreeing to transaction terms including price and payout structure as well as post-transaction roles and responsibilities, including transitional services and liability indemnifications. Combined with our deal-making and consulting expertise, Conduit Consulting professionals' hands-on operating and management experience enables us to anticipate and swiftly ascertain what, if any, obstacles may exist as well as determine whether they can be cleared (including the effort and cost to do so) or will be permanent obstructions to the transaction's success. We get deals closed by conceiving strategies and terms that parties agree to adopt.

Our Corporate Development practice leader Jillian Alexander has extensive experience advising and representing buy-side and sell-side clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, initial public offerings (IPOs) and private placements. Her deal achievements include:

  •  Managed preparation of two (2) of the 20 largest IPOs for Fortune 500 spin-offs
  •  Completed over 90% of sell-side transactions
  •  Declined over 90% of buy-side transactions
  •  Led more than 50 transactions
  •  Performed due diligence on more than 200 companies
  •  Completed transactions ranging from $1.0MM to $2.2B

Corporate transaction experience has spanned the BioScience, Consumer Products, Entertainment, Financial Services, Internet, Paperboard, Professional Service and Technology industries.
